Terms and Conditions:
- Above rates are exclusive of GST
- Above rates are exclusive of freight and are on ex seller’s warehouse basis
- Location mentioned above will be considered as location of warehouse where material is lying
- Above rates are inclusive of loading charges
- Above rates shall be deemed to be negotiable
- Above rates shall be deemed to be valid as on the date of submission
- Name of the seller shall not be disclosed
- Seller to ensure above materials are readily available for delivery
from the location mentioned above. Any forward selling for material not
eadily available is not allowed.
Payments terms – Against loading by RTGS/NEFT/IMPS If there is any deviation
from the above terms and conditions, please mention the same in Remarks above
